Question of the week – What challenges do immigrants encounter? Dear parents / guardians, This week in literacy students will read an expository text, Ten Mile Day and the building of the Transcontinental Railroad . As we read we will explore the them of social justice. Students completed Module 1, Place Value and Decimal Fractions, in math and are taking the end assessment this week. Please sign up for a November student / parent / teacher conference if you have not already done so. See schedule sent home. Many thanks! Homework Club is available - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00. A break and snack provided after school.
